How to Report Bugs
Reporting bugs is important so that VortexXtra can keep improving.
So please consider reporting them - Devan actually reads them, pinky promise.

Before You Report
Before firing off a bug report, ask yourself the following questions:
- Did you read the wiki? You're already here, so good start.
- Is the server actually running? You'd be surprised.
- Have you tried turning it off and on again? Relog. Seriously. Just try it.
- Is it actually a bug, or did you just not know what you were doing? No judgement. But worth checking.
If after all that it's still broken - great, that's probably a real bug. Let's get it fixed.
How to Report
There are two ways to reach Devan:
Option 1 - Open a Ticket in Discord
Join TheVortex Discord and open a support ticket.
This is the preferred method as it keeps things organized and lets others help too.
Option 2 - Direct Message Devan
Find @devanmysterio on Discord and slide into his DMs.
He will see it. Eventually. He is one person.
What to Include
Whether you open a ticket or DM directly, please include:
- What happened - describe the bug as clearly as you can
- What you expected to happen - maybe it's working as intended, who knows
- How to reproduce it - step by step if possible
- Any screenshots or video - a picture is worth a thousand bug reports
The more detail you provide, the faster it gets fixed. Vague reports get vague responses.
